Current Pembrokeshire County Council tenants and Live Choice Homes applications:

You are an existing Pembrokeshire County Council tenant and/or You have already been accepted onto the housing register.

To create an account, you will need:
A Choice Homes reference number or rent payment reference number

If you do not have one of these reference numbers to hand, please contact our team on housing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk to request this. Please include your name and date of birth.

Apply to submit a new Choice Homes application:
You are a new customer that would like to join the housing register and you are NOT a PCC tenant

What you can do in your Housing Online account

You can use your account to:
- Update your contact details
- Upload supporting documents
- Apply for housing if you have a current choice homes application

If you're a Pembrokeshire County Council tenant you can also:
- Manage your rent - make payments and view statements
- Report a repair

If your landlord is a housing association, contact them directly to report repairs or discuss your rent.
